Terms of Use — Vullto
Service: Vullto, a gamified social network available at vullto.app and in the brand’s official mobile applications.
Version: 1.2
Effective from 05/09/2026. Whoever accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy also accepts renewals published at vullto.app/terms and vullto.app/privacy. If a renewal no longer suits them, they may request removal or closure of the Account (clause 13.9). It is up to the person using the Service to open these documents whenever they want to review them.
Languages: these Terms exist in Portuguese (Brazil) and English (and in other languages if published). In case of divergence between translations, Portuguese (Brazil) prevails, except for mandatory law of the user’s country of residence.
Controller
Controller and provider of the Service: ARISTECH TECNOLOGIA ME, registered under CNPJ no. 37.156.939/0001-50, with registered office in Suzano/SP, Brazil. The full street address and other company-registry details are not reproduced here; they can be looked up in the public CNPJ query of the Brazilian Federal Revenue (Receita Federal) on gov.br, using the number above. Contact: [email protected].
These Terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy.
In brief
Vullto is in Beta: it is a global social game on vullto.app and in the official apps. Coins and Virtual Shares have no monetary value — no withdrawal, no real-money gambling, no loot box paid with real money. Account holders (users) must be 18 or older (self-declaration). The catalog lists public figures with public information. People under 18 do not enter, including those already known (§4.2.1, §5.15). A person with little public relevance and no public information is not found by discovery: the way in is for them to create an Account. Questions, rights, reports, and removal: [email protected].
Summary (read this first)
- Vullto is a social game: discover people, use Coins on those you believe will grow, and follow the scoreboard. This is entertainment, not investment.
- Coins and Virtual Shares are not money. There is no Coin shop in Brazilian reais, withdrawal, conversion, crypto, NFT, equity stake, or financial right. Outside Vullto, Coins are worth nothing. The purchase screen shows a one-line disclaimer.
- Registration (email and password or Google) creates your Account, your own Profile (already claimed), and an initial Coin balance. On any path you must be 18 years of age or older and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy; Google login does not skip that. Acceptance covers this version (1.2) and published renewals (clause 16). After registration, you may optionally link Instagram and YouTube channel to the Profile (clause 4.7).
- Referral is one level: the referrer earns Coins only on the invitee’s 1st check-in (default 50, cap 150/day for the referrer). No tree. The invitee gets no extra (only onboarding).
- Cheer is a game ping, not a dividend, yield, or return: 5 fixed Coins, 1× per profile/day, cap 30/day for the recipient, only if you hold Virtual Shares of that profile and they are active on Vullto. No ping for merely holding.
- Information report on a profile: you may flag incorrect bio or data. If the team considers the report useful, we may credit Coins in the game as thanks — without promise, without real money, and without withdrawal.
- There are also Followed Profiles — not yet claimed, built only from public sources (§9.2), with the label “Followed Profile — not yet claimed.”
- Claiming a Followed Profile does not erase price, shares in circulation, or other people’s positions. You only take control of the profile’s official layer.
- The wallet (positions and balance) is yours and private in this Beta phase. There is no public wallet sharing.
- Vullto aggregates public information on the internet (for example, news excerpts on Profiles). We are not the author or holder of that information — the original source is whoever published it. Request for correction or removal: [email protected].
- We may change game economy parameters (spread, rewards, limits), with internal logging. We do not sell price advantage. There is no pay-to-win.
- Conduct: no market manipulation, multi-accounts, bots, hate, identity theft, or scraping. We may suspend the Account.
- On the web, session cookies are required for login. Measurement cookies (Google Analytics) only with your consent in the banner — no advertising. Data, purpose, processor, and how to revoke: clause 20.
- Registration = acceptance of this version (1.2) of the Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Questions, correction, profile removal, or removal of aggregated information: [email protected].
1. Who we are and what Vullto is
1.1. Vullto is a gamified social network available globally. People, creators, companies, brands, teams, and communities may have a Profile that works as a virtual asset within the game.
1.2. The Service is provided on the web at vullto.app and through the official native applications (iOS and Android, when published in the stores). These Terms apply to all those surfaces.
1.3. Vullto is a social game: discover people, use Coins on those you believe will grow, and follow the scoreboard. The loop: enter, earn Coins, discover, follow, buy Virtual Shares, track, sell, come back.
1.4. Access to the Service: registration and login with email and password or with Google. Instagram is not a registration or login method.
Features that are not part of the current version — and that we may begin to offer later, with notice in the published version (clause 16) — include, without commitment as to timing: Premium plan; advanced artificial intelligence features; full Discovery Engine; automatic posting on external networks; publication feed; payments in Brazilian reais; advertising; and other networks beyond Instagram and YouTube in post-registration linking (clause 4.7). While unavailable, you should not expect them.
2. This is not investment, a regulated market, or money
Read this clause carefully. It is the central rule of the Service.
2.1. Vullto is entertainment and gamification. It is not an investment product. It is not a public offering. It is not an over-the-counter market. It is not a broker. It is not a securities platform.
2.2. Coins are virtual tokens for exclusive use within Vullto. They have no value outside the Service. They are not currency, not a crypto asset, not an NFT, not a deposit, not e-money.
2.3. Virtual Shares are game units associated with a Profile. They do not represent corporate participation, quota, company stock, derivative, credit, corporate voting right, profit right, dividend, royalty, or any financial right over a person, company, or real-world asset.
2.4. There is no, in this Service:
- real money circulating between users;
- purchase of Coins in Brazilian reais in this Beta phase;
- withdrawal, redemption, or conversion of Coins or Virtual Shares into reais, crypto, or any asset;
- promise of return, profitability, appreciation, or “gain”;
- intermediation of real assets;
- custody of securities;
- market regulated by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) or another capital markets authority.
2.5. Prices, quotes, variation, “wallet,” and “net worth” are game mechanics. They serve ranking, discovery, and fun. They do not describe real economic value.
2.6. Nothing in these Terms, in the interface, or in Vullto communications should be read as investment recommendation, securities analysis, or financial advice.
2.7. The platform does not claim to have obtained “prior clearance,” “no-action,” or authorization from the CVM. The product design is a social game without financial rights. If law or authority interpretation changes, we may adjust or discontinue mechanics, always with the financial exclusion of this clause 2 as the limit.
2.8. You acknowledge that you may “lose” Coins and Virtual Shares within the game (through sale, spread, parameters, suspension, or termination). That does not give rise to monetary compensation.
2.9. No betting, lotteries with cash prizes, or loot boxes paid with real money. Coins and Virtual Shares are not currency, are not regulated gambling stakes, and do not confer a prize of monetary value outside the game.
3. Definitions
We use few defined words — only those that change the meaning of a rule:
3.1. Account — registration of someone who uses the Service, authenticated by email and password or by login with Google.
3.2. Profile — the public virtual asset associated with a username. It may exist without an owning Account. Intended types: person, creator, company, brand, team, community.
3.3. Coin — the game’s internal virtual unit, recorded in a platform ledger. Balance = sum of entries.
3.4. Virtual Share — a tradable unit of a Profile, issued on purchase (mint) and destroyed on sale (burn). There is no order book between users: the platform is the virtual counterparty.
3.5. Followed Profile — Profile not yet claimed by the holder. In the interface, the correct wording is: “Followed Profile — not yet claimed”. We do not use “ownerless.”
3.6. Service — Vullto on official surfaces (web and apps).
4. Acceptance, registration, and age
4.1. When creating the Account — by email and password or by Google — you declare that you have read and accept the current version of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Without acceptance, there is no registration. Google login does not waive Terms, Privacy, or the 18-year declaration.
4.2. (A) Account holders (users) — 18 or older. The Service is not directed at children or adolescents. Only persons 18 years of age or older may create an Account, play, and accept these Terms — on any registration path (email and password or Google), with self-declaration of age. We do not register minors as users. If we discover an Account belongs to someone under 18, we terminate it. In Brazil, LGPD (Law no. 13.709/2018, art. 14) and Law no. 15.211/2025 (Digital ECA) also apply when applicable to user minors.
4.2.1. (B) Catalog — public figures (not users). The game may list Followed Profiles of public figures (people or brands) built only from what is manifestly public on the internet or source platform (for example, a public social profile). Those people are not Vullto users merely because they appear in the catalog. People under 18 do not enter the catalog, including a minor public figure (§5.15). That does not mean minors may use the Service or that Vullto invites minors to play. A person with little public relevance and without public information discovery can use does not become a Profile: whoever wants to find them asks them to create an Account (only from age 18). Rules: §5.10, §5.15, §9.2, and Privacy Policy, §10.
4.3. On any path, username is mandatory. With email-and-password registration, you also provide email and password. With Google registration, we receive what Google sends in the login flow (email or equivalent identifier, name, photo URL, stable identifier) — not your Google password. In the same act we create: (a) the Account; (b) your own Profile, already claimed by you; (c) an initial Coin credit (the current amount appears in the interface; the default launch amount is 500 Coins).
4.4. We persist the accepted version of these Terms and the Policy (in this version, 1.2), with the date and time of acceptance. Without that, registration does not complete. Acceptance covers the current version and renewals published later (clause 16). There is no new acceptance click on each renewal. It is up to you to open the Terms and the Policy whenever you want to review them. If a renewal no longer suits you, you request removal or closure of the Account (clause 13.9).
4.5. You are responsible for keeping the password (when applicable) confidential, for the login provider session, and for what happens on the Account, except for proven failure on our part.
4.6. One person, one Account. Multi-accounts to circumvent limits, rankings, referral, cheer, or the virtual market are a violation.
4.7. Social network linking (after registration). In brief: after you sign in, you may choose to link Instagram and/or YouTube channel to your Account — it is optional, separate from Google login, and serves to display and verify on Vullto the profile or channel you authorized. We may begin to offer other networks in the same spirit.
4.7.1. Purpose. Display on your public Profile the linked handle, name, or channel, official link, and, when the product allows, public signals (for example, follower count or highlights) — without posting content on your behalf and without accessing private account data beyond what the network authorization permits.
4.7.2. What we receive. Only what the network authorization returns, for example: stable identifier, public name or title, handle, avatar or thumbnail URL, channel identifier, and public channel information. We do not receive your network password. We do not post, like, comment, or send messages for you.
4.7.3. Consent. Each network requires explicit opt-in in its flow (authorization screen). Basis in the Privacy Policy: consent (LGPD, art. 7, I), revocable when you unlink.
4.7.4. Unlink. You may unlink at any time in Account settings (when available in the interface) or via [email protected]. When you unlink or close the Account, we delete tokens and data obtained solely through that linking, except what the law requires us to retain.
4.7.5. Providers and their terms. Google (login) and Google/YouTube (channel linking) are distinct flows: signing in with Google does not link YouTube automatically. YouTube linking follows the YouTube API Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and you may revoke Google permissions at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Instagram linking follows Meta developer terms and the Meta Privacy Policy. Google, YouTube/Google, and Meta are independent controllers for their respective logins and network authorizations.
4.7.6. Where it is available. In the current version, Instagram and YouTube linking is available on the web after login. We may begin to offer the same flow in mobile apps and full self-service unlinking where a button is not yet available.
5. Your Profile and the public layer
5.1. Your own Profile is public at URL vullto.app/:username (and equivalents in the apps). Display name, bio, avatar, type, quotes, and visible game indicators on the card are part of that public layer.
5.2. You must not usurp identity, pretend to be another person or entity, or use a username that misleads third parties.
5.3. We may refuse, change, or deactivate a username that violates these Terms, third-party rights, or the law.
5.4. Third-party information and aggregation. Part of the content shown in the Service — including news excerpts, titles, thumbnails, and links on Profiles — comes from public sources on the internet (for example, search feeds and publicly accessible publishers). Vullto acts as an aggregator: it organizes and displays references for in-game discovery.
5.5. Vullto is not a news outlet, is not the author nor holder of that information. Editorial responsibility and full content belong to the original source. When you click, you are sent to the publisher’s or provider’s site.
5.6. We do not reproduce full articles. We show only the excerpt needed to identify the news item and take you to the source. Display of news on a Profile does not mean that the persona participates in Vullto, endorses the Service, or approves the content.
5.7. Anyone who believes aggregated information about them should be corrected or removed may request it through [email protected]. We will assess based on law and these Terms, including blocking or removing the excerpt when appropriate.
5.8. In brief: besides news (5.4–5.7), Vullto may use publicly available information on the internet to build or enrich Profiles.
5.9. Public sources, search engines, and AI assistants. We may process public names, descriptions, handles, excerpts indexed by search engines, and information that third-party AI assistants already expose from public sources — always as open-source data, not as private account data.
5.10. Limits — public only, and public figures only. We process and display only what is manifestly public at the source, and only about a public figure (a person or brand already publicly known). We do not use private/closed accounts, non-public sources, sensitive data (LGPD, art. 11) as a product rule, private contact data, precise location, school/family data, direct messages, or private account content. We do not obtain information through impersonation. A person of little relevance without usable public information does not enter through discovery (§9.2). Minors stay out, including a minor public figure (§5.15). The 18+ user rule (§4.2) still holds: a minor does not create an Account. Displaying a Profile does not mean that the person or brand participates, endorses, or speaks for Vullto.
5.11. Requests from brands, artists, public figures, or any person. Any holder may request correction or removal of Profile or content at [email protected]. The request must state: who you are; Profile URL; proof of identity or representation; what to correct or remove. We respond to holder requests within 15 days (LGPD, extendable as provided by law). For clear conflicts of trademark, image, or personality, we aim to reduce visibility within 72 hours while we review — operational target, not a guarantee. We do not retaliate for good-faith requests.
5.12. Followed Profiles and public figures. We build and display Followed Profiles only for public figures with manifestly public information (§5.10, §9.2). Before expanding beyond that rule, we require RIPD/DPIA (§9.3, Privacy Policy §3.3). Requests for correction, dispute, and removal: §5.11 and §9.7.
5.13. In brief: public sources and public figures only; users 18+; minors out of the catalog, including famous ones (§5.15); someone without public information creates an Account to be found; channel and timelines.
5.14. Game purpose — visibility of names, brands, and public news. Vullto is a fan discovery and cheer game. Building or displaying a Profile of a public figure, creator, or brand has the product purpose of giving more visibility, within the Service, to a name and identity already publicly known, together with headlines and excerpts of public information (for example, from news portals), with link and credit to the source so clicks go to the publisher’s or provider’s site.
This describes context and Service design — it is not a request for consent, license, waiver, or authorization from the person, brand, or outlet; it does not imply sponsorship, commercial partnership, or that the person participates in, endorses, or speaks for Vullto. We do not guarantee audience, ranking, catalog position, or any economic or reputational benefit.
This does not reduce any right: the holder may request correction or removal at [email protected], within the same timelines in these Terms and the Privacy Policy (including §5.11). News excerpts stay limited to the necessary snippet, with attribution and link; full authorship remains with the source (§5.4–5.7).
5.15. Minors in the catalog — out, error, and review. In brief: the catalog does not include minors, including famous ones. A system error may import that data. Removal can be requested. A new Profile goes through periodic review and may be removed without notice. Current positions in that Profile are undone.
(1) Rule. The Service does not seek, create, or keep a Profile of a person under 18, including a child artist, junior singer, youth athlete, or any other minor public figure. Account holders remain 18+ (§4.2). A minor is not listed and is not traded.
(2) System error. Search may, by error, import data about a minor who is already publicly known. Whoever spots it requests removal at [email protected] (a guardian or the holder may do the same). Once the error is confirmed, we remove the Profile.
(3) Review of new profiles. A newly found Followed Profile goes through periodic review by the system. If it does not meet the catalog rule (an adult public figure and public data — §5.10, §9.2), we may remove it without prior notice.
(4) Positions. On removal under (2) or (3), current positions — the Virtual Shares users still hold in that Profile — are undone. What the user already sold stays played. In the interface, Virtual Shares may appear as Cotas (§7.7).
5.16. Vullto AI features — limits and errors. In brief: part of the catalog and bios uses Vullto AI features; they may be wrong; display is in-game information, not verified fact or professional advice; report on the Profile page or at [email protected]. A bio, ranking, or quote can change how a person is seen; that is not a decision that grants or denies a right, credit, or a contract.
(1) To build or enrich Profiles, bios, discovery, or context from public sources (§5.8–5.10), the Service may use Vullto AI features — language models, search, and contracted APIs (see Privacy Policy, §1.2.2 and §4.1).
(2) These features may err: incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information; confusing homonyms (similar names, brands, or handles); or mistaken cross-referencing of public data.
(3) What we show is informational, for entertainment and in-game discovery. It is not verified fact by ARISTECH, not investment, financial, legal, medical, tax, or professional advice of any kind.
(4) You may report an error via the report button on the Profile page (bio correction or catalog policy — clause 6.8) or at [email protected]. We review and, when appropriate, correct or remove (§5.11).
(5) Bios, rankings, and quotes are in-game information, partly automated. They can change how a person is seen on the Service, even without an Account. That is not a decision that grants or denies a right, credit, or a contract (LGPD, art. 20). If a processing activity becomes that kind of decision, the person asks for human review at [email protected].
6. Coins
6.1. Coins enter the game through mechanisms we publish in the interface. In the current version, sources are: registration credit (onboarding; default 500 Coins, current values in the interface), daily check-in (default 50 Coins per day, with streak bonuses at milestones published in the interface), referral (with cap), cheer (with cap), and, when applicable, thanks for a useful report (clause 6.8). Virtual collection items (clause 6.9) spend Coins when the interface charges for them; they are not a source of Coins entering the game. We do not pay dividend, yield, or return.
6.2. In the current version there is no Coin shop. We do not sell Coins in Brazilian reais. There is no checkout, bank slip, card, or Pix to buy Coins.
6.3. Withdrawal is never a right. Not now, nor by future expectation. If one day there are payments in reais (for example, subscription), that does not turn Coin into money or create a cash-out right.
6.4. Every Coin movement is recorded in the ledger. The balance you see is the sum of entries, not a separate “cash box.”
6.5. Unused Coins do not earn interest, do not expire by term in this Beta phase, and are not transferable between Accounts, unless the Service explicitly offers that later.
6.6. Referral (1 level). You may refer a person. The referrer receives Coins only when the invitee completes the 1st check-in (not at registration, not on future purchases). Default: 50 Coins per valid invite, with a cap of 150 Coins/day for the referrer. No tree, no cascade. The invitee does not get extra referral Coins — only onboarding credit.
6.7. Cheer (game event, not dividend). We do not call this dividend, yield, or return. If you hold Virtual Shares of a Profile (when you hold Virtual Shares of that Profile) and that Profile is active on Vullto (owner check-in, follow, completed buy or sell operation, or approved claim), you may receive a game ping: 5 fixed Coins, 1× per profile/day, with a cap of 30 Coins/day for the recipient. There is no ping for merely holding the position. Current values may be calibrated (clause 8).
6.8. Information report and Coin thanks (game, not money). You may report, through the interface, information you believe incorrect or outdated on a Profile — for example, bio compiled from public sources or catalog policy (including a minor’s Profile imported by error, §5.15). One report per Account per Profile and per report type. The team reviews; there is no automatic right to reward. If the report is considered useful to improve the Service, we may credit Coins to your Account as in-game thanks (for example, 20 or 50 Coins depending on internal review — current values in the interface and logged internally, clause 8). This is not payment, remuneration, cash prize, profit sharing, or conversion to reais. Thanks Coins follow the same Coin rules as the game: no withdrawal, no value outside Vullto.
6.9. Virtual collection items. In the current version, you may acquire and display virtual collection items (catalog and rules published in the interface), paying Coins when applicable (purchase, maintenance, repair, or ownership costs per item). They are game pieces: not real-world goods, no value outside Vullto, and no financial right. Other players may see items you choose to show on your Profile’s public showcase.
7. Virtual market: buy, sell, and price
7.1. You may buy and sell Virtual Shares of Profiles, including your own, under the game rules.
7.2. The current price is published by an internal platform process (quote with buy and sell price). The operation uses the quote identifier at that moment. Stale quotes are rejected.
7.3. Purchase mints Virtual Shares (increases total in circulation). Sale burns them (decreases total). There is no chaining of orders between users.
7.4. There are game limits — for example, minimum quantity per operation (default 1 Virtual Share), percentage cap of position over the Profile’s authorized float (default 10%), and daily band of price variation (default 15% of reference price). Current values in the interface and platform parameters may be calibrated (clause 8).
7.5. There may be spread between buy and sell (in the current version, the default spread may be zero) and, if configured, a fee in Coins. Spread and fee are game mechanics and internal Coin sinks, not financial charges.
7.6. There is no guarantee of liquidity, price, buyer, or “exit.” The virtual market may be shallow, volatile, or paused.
7.7. The buy and sell screens show a one-line disclaimer: Coin is not money and there is no withdrawal. The short text currently in the interface is the reference. In the interface, Virtual Shares may appear under the label Shares (in Portuguese, Cotas), and Coins may appear as Coin. The meaning is clauses 2, 3.3, and 3.4: a game piece, with no value outside Vullto.
7.8. Order impact on execution price. Buy and sell use the published quote at the moment, but the execution price may deviate from the displayed reference based on lot size, within the daily band (§7.4). Small lots move little; large lots pay or receive a less favorable execution price. There is no mechanic that guarantees gain from an immediate round-trip on the same reference.
7.9. Game signals and the “world”. The day’s reference combines persistent movement (for example, followers and public mentions) with temporary pressure from player trades and engagement. The share attributed to players decays over time. A single large trade does not alone dominate the next update.
7.10. Wait before reselling recent lots. Shares bought less than ten minutes ago (default in the interface) cannot be sold until that interval passes, in FIFO lot order. The interface distinguishes what can exit now from what is still “landing”.
7.11. Rebuy limit per Profile. If, in the last few hours on that Profile, you realized a relevant gain or sold a large slice of your bankroll on that name, new buys on that Profile may be capped at a fraction of your patrimony (default 20%). Other Profiles do not share the same counter. Current values in the interface may be calibrated (clause 8).
7.12. Harvest and Wealth leaderboard. Harvest panels and spontaneous modals only highlight unrealized gains above thresholds published in the interface (default 5% and above). On the weekly Wealth leaderboard, display of the rise percentage may cap at a ceiling (default +200%); sorting and prizes follow the real game rule.
8. Economy parameters (unilateral change with fairness limit)
8.1. We operate the game. To keep the economy playable and curb abuse, we may change parameters such as registration credit, check-in reward, referral reward and cap, cheer reward and cap, thanks values for useful report, spread, price flow factor, execution impact by lot size, mix between player and “world” signals, wait before reselling recent lots, rebuy limit per Profile, harvest thresholds, Wealth display cap, daily variation band, position cap, minimum quantity, and fee.
8.2. Parameter changes are logged internally (who changed what, when). We do not promise prior consultation for ordinary game calibration.
8.3. Fairness limit we do not waive: we do not sell influence on price, appreciation, organic ranking position, or artificial power in the market. There is no pay-to-win. In the future, you may pay to understand better or present yourself better — never to be worth more.
8.4. A change that ceases to be “game calibration” and becomes a material change to these Terms follows clause 16.
9. Followed Profiles and claim
9.1. A Profile may exist before someone has an owning Account. That is a Followed Profile. It may have a quote, be followed, be bought and sold, and appear in game rankings.
9.2. Catalog origin — public figures and public sources. Followed Profiles exist before someone has an owning Account and are built from manifestly public information about public figures — for example, public social profiles, open databases (such as Wikidata), public search results, and discovery and import flows allowed by the product. The catalog grows with use of the Service. In the interface we use the label “Followed Profile — not yet claimed.” A person of little relevance on the internet, or without public information discovery can use, is not created as a Followed Profile. In that case, the person using the Service asks them to create an Account on Vullto to be found (Account only for 18+, §4.2).
9.3. Rules, dispute, and RIPD/DPIA. Only public figures with manifestly public data enter the catalog, without pretending the holder participates or endorses Vullto (§5.10, §5.14, §9.2). Minors do not enter, including famous ones (§5.15). Any holder or representative may request correction, dispute, or removal (§5.11, §9.7, [email protected]). Public figures with public information may appear in the catalog in the current version. Before expanding the catalog beyond that rule — volume or sensitivity that is not a public figure with public data — we require a Data Protection Impact Assessment (RIPD/DPIA) and review of the Privacy Policy (§3.3).
9.4. Anyone may request claim of a Followed Profile at [email protected] (and, when available in the interface, through the in-app flow). The request stays pending. Only the Vullto team approves. There is no self-approval in this Beta phase. We may request identity or link evidence. We may refuse.
9.5. Claim does not recreate the asset. The following remain:
- price history;
- Virtual Shares in circulation;
- other users’ positions;
- existing game metrics and rankings.
The claimant only takes control of the Profile’s official layer (visible identity, bio, avatar, and what the product releases to the owner). They do not gain third parties’ Coins or Virtual Shares. They do not “reset” that Profile’s market.
9.6. Until approval, the Followed Profile does not speak for the holder, does not post as if it were the holder, and does not spend resources on their behalf.
9.7. Channel to request correction, dispute, or removal of Followed Profile: [email protected].
10. Wallet and portfolio
10.1. In the current version, Coin balance, statement, and Virtual Share portfolio are visible only to you, authenticated. There is, at this time, no public wallet sharing.
10.2. If one day we offer public wallet or “follow strategy,” that will be your opt-in, with control in the Account. Until then, do not treat ranking or public card as exposing your full position.
11. Follow and discovery
11.1. You may follow and unfollow Profiles.
11.2. Discovery includes catalog, authenticated search, and game orderings (for example, variation). There is no full social feed or user post publishing. A broader Discovery Engine we may begin to offer later (§1.4).
11.3. News excerpts and other public information shown on Profiles follow clause 5.4 (aggregation; Vullto is not holder; link to source).
11.4. Origin of data on Vullto — player interest and discovery. Catalog, rankings, suggestions, and orderings reflect player interest and activity — what they search, follow, buy, sell, and track within Vullto — together with information from public sources (clause 5). In brief: the game is organized by what the community does, plus what is already public on the internet.
11.5. We do not publish algorithm weights nor sell organic position for payment (see 8.3).
11.6. Rankings and discovery orderings are game rules, partly automated, and can change how a person is seen, even without an Account. That is not a decision that grants or denies a right, credit, or a contract (LGPD, art. 20).
11.7. Weekly rankings, friendships, and notifications. We display game rankings (for example, weekly scoreboard) with public game metrics — without exposing your full wallet (§10). Between Account holders, you may send and accept friend requests, in addition to following Profiles. In-app notifications record game events; we may begin to offer push delivery on your device when we enable sending in the version you use.
12. Conduct (what is not allowed)
The following conduct is prohibited, among others:
12.1. manipulating the virtual market — including pump-and-dump, wash trading, coordinated operations between Accounts, inflating volume or ranking;
12.2. creating or using multi-accounts, farms, automation, or bots to obtain Coins, positions, follows, or advantage;
12.3. hate speech, harassment, illegal discrimination, threat, sexual exploitation, unlawful content;
12.4. usurping identity or pretending official link with a person, brand, or Vullto itself;
12.5. scraping, mining, or copying the Service, catalog, or user data systematically, without written authorization;
12.6. attacking, probing, or overloading infrastructure, bypassing authentication, limits, or security measures;
12.7. using the Service for any purpose that applicable law prohibits.
12.8. Profiles and user-generated content are the responsibility of whoever publishes them. We may remove content and suspend Accounts.
13. Moderation, suspension, and termination
13.1. We may refuse registration, suspend, limit, or terminate Account, Profile, or operation, proportionally, if there is indication of violation of these Terms, the law, third-party rights, or risk to the game economy or security.
13.2. Whenever consumer law requires and it is possible without compromising investigation, we will notify the essential reason and what you can do.
13.3. You may terminate the Account by requesting through the contact channel. Fate of personal data is in the Privacy Policy. Market data needed for others’ game may be anonymized or aggregated, instead of line-by-line deletion.
13.4. Termination for serious violation may zero Coins and Virtual Shares of the violating Account, without conversion to money — because there was never money.
13.5. User-generated content (UGC). Bios, avatars, and text you publish are your responsibility (users are 18+, §4.2). You may report, on the profile interface, incorrect information (bio/data) or a catalog policy violation — including a Profile that should not be in the catalog, such as a minor (§5.15) ([email protected]). You may block another player through the interface (unfollows and hides interactions as the product provides).
13.6. Moderation. We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend Account for violation of these Terms, the law, or risk to the community. When consumer law requires and it is possible without compromising investigation, we inform the essential reason.
13.7. Appeal. If you disagree with a moderation decision, write to [email protected] with Account identification and case description. We will review reasonably; we do not guarantee a formal appeal panel beyond this channel.
13.8. Store contact (Apple Guideline 1.2, Google Play UGC): [email protected].
13.9. Account termination by holder. You may terminate through the Privacy area of the app or web (termination assistant with security phrase confirmation) or via [email protected]. Use this path also if a renewal of the Terms or Policy no longer suits you (clause 16). Data details in the Privacy Policy.
13.10. Presumably illegal content (single point of contact). Any person or authority may report content or conduct presumably illegal to [email protected], with URL, description, and legal basis invoked. When applicable (including EU-style platform rules such as DSA), we inform the essential reason for removal or limitation decision and appeal by email on the same channel.
13.11. Balance correction for abuse or mechanic failure. If we identify serious abuse of the virtual market (§12.1) or a mechanic failure that distorted balance or positions, we may adjust Coins and Virtual Shares without simulating a market sale, with internal logging and a ledger entry. This does not convert anything into real money or create financial rights.
14. Intellectual property and brand
14.1. The Service, code, Vullto brand, vullto.app wordmark, visual identity, and documentation belong to whoever holds them legitimately.
14.2. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, engage in abusive reverse engineering, or use the brand without authorization.
14.3. Content you submit (bio, avatar, text) remains yours. You grant us a license to host, display, and reproduce that content in the Service, in Brazil and where the Service is technically provided, for as long as the Account or Profile exists — including on public Profile pages and sharing previews (Open Graph).
14.4. Notice-and-takedown — Brazil (Law no. 9.610/1998 and Law no. 9.279/1996), when applicable. If you believe content on Vullto violates third-party copyright or trademark, send a request to [email protected] with: holder identification; URL on Vullto; description of work or mark; good-faith statement; contact details. We will assess removal or blocking when appropriate.
14.4.1. Notice-and-takedown — United States (DMCA). If you are in the United States (or invoke the Digital Millennium Copyright Act), the request must include, to the extent required by law: physical or electronic signature of holder or representative; identification of the work; URL of the material; contact details; good-faith statement; statement under penalty of perjury that use was not authorized. Send to [email protected].
14.5. Counter-notice. If you published content we removed and believe removal was wrongful, you may send counter-notice to the same channel (Brazil or DMCA, as applicable), explaining why the content is lawful or why you have a right to use it. We will reassess and respond in writing, as applicable law provides.
14.6. In brief: there is a channel to complain about third-party IP/trademark and to contest removal — always via [email protected].
14.7. In-game visibility and third-party IP. The product purpose in clause 5.14 (visibility of names, brands, and news excerpts with link to source) does not replace notice-and-takedown (§14.4–14.6), does not grant a license over others’ works or marks, and does not waive requests for correction or removal (§5.11, [email protected]).
15. Availability, apps, and stores
15.1. We provide the Service on a “reasonable efforts” basis. There may be maintenance, failure, quote delay, or interruption. We do not promise continuous availability.
15.2. These Terms are also the application terms for store purposes (App Store and Google Play, when listed). In conflict between store rule and these Terms on app distribution, the store rule prevails only for that distribution; the game and financial exclusion of clause 2 remain the same.
15.3. Permanent official links: vullto.app/terms and vullto.app/privacy.
15.4. Beta version and service changes. Vullto is in Beta: features may change, be paused, or removed. A material change follows clause 16: the published version is the renewal; if it no longer suits you, you close the Account. In brief: we are evolving the product; it is up to you to reread the Terms when you want.
15.5. Virtual items and gambling (any jurisdiction). Coins and Virtual Shares have no real-money value, are not convertible to money, there is no real-money prize, and there is no loot box paid with real money in the Service at this time. We do not operate real-money gambling. If one day there is purchase of Coins with local currency, it will be under store rules (App Store, Google Play) and with material notice.
15.6. Age (global). (A) Users: 18+, self-declaration, underage Accounts terminated; Service not directed at children (COPPA, GDPR children in EEA/UK, Digital ECA in Brazil — when applicable). (B) Catalog: does not include minors, including famous ones (§4.2.1, §5.15). That is not permission to play.
16. Changes to these Terms
16.1. We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Each version will have a number and date and will be published at vullto.app/terms and vullto.app/privacy.
16.2. By accepting, you accept the current version and the renewals we publish at those addresses. We do not ask for a new acceptance click on each renewal. It is up to you to open the Terms and the Policy whenever you want to review them. When a change is material, we will tell Account holders, by email and in the Service, what changed and from when it applies.
16.3. If a renewal no longer suits you, you may request removal or closure of the Account through the Privacy area or [email protected] (clause 13.9). This does not waive a mandatory right that the law of your country does not allow you to waive (clause 17.1).
16.4. Ordinary calibration of game parameters (clause 8) is not, by itself, a change to these Terms.
16.5. The current version is always the one published at vullto.app/terms.
17. Liability
17.1. If you are a consumer resident in Brazil, the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law no. 8.078/1990) and mandatory rules of Brazilian law apply when applicable. If you are a consumer in another country, mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence also apply — nothing in these Terms waives them. We do not exclude liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, Service security defect, or damages from breach of our legal duty, within limits of applicable law.
17.2. Outside those cases, and to the extent law permits, we are not liable for: (a) game decisions you make based on virtual quotes; (b) “loss” of Coins or Virtual Shares; (c) content of other users; (d) third-party interruptions (network, app stores, DNS); (e) force majeure or acts of God.
17.3. Vullto does not intermediate real-world legal relations between users. Following someone or using Coins on a Profile does not create a contract between you.
17.4. App stores, infrastructure, and third-party information. In brief: ARISTECH provides Vullto and is responsible to you; Apple, Google (Google Play), hosting, and other operators do not edit or endorse content; complaints and takedowns go to ARISTECH; app download is also subject to store terms, including Apple-required language where applicable — without waiving mandatory consumer rights or your rights against ARISTECH.
(1) Information about public figures, brands, and third parties on Vullto comes from public sources, user reports, and Vullto AI features (§5.16), compiled and displayed by ARISTECH TECNOLOGIA ME as the sole service provider responsible to you.
(2) Apple Inc., Google LLC (including Google Play), hosting, cloud, infrastructure, DNS, email, analytics, search, AI model providers, and other technical operators we contract are not publishers of Vullto, are not parties to these Terms regarding in-game content and operation, do not review, endorse, or control Profiles, bios, aggregated news, or user-generated content, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, have no liability for that content or the Service. This clause does not create obligations or waivers on their behalf.
(3) Complaints, support, privacy, rights requests, notice-and-takedown, and removal requests: [email protected] (ARISTECH).
(4) Mobile apps (App Store and Google Play). If you obtain the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, use is also subject to terms between you and that store (for example, Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s app license, or Google Play Terms of Service). To the extent required by Apple and permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge these Terms are between you and ARISTECH, not Apple; Apple has no obligation for maintenance, support, product warranty, consumer claims, app compliance, intellectual property claims, or third-party claims about the app — ARISTECH addresses you ([email protected]). Apple Inc. and subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms regarding the iOS-licensed app and, as third-party beneficiaries, may enforce these Terms against you.
(5) Google Play. Download via Google Play is also governed by Google’s applicable account and store terms; Google is not the provider of Vullto to you.
(6) Limits. Nothing in this clause 17.4 overrides mandatory consumer rights (including CDC in Brazil and equivalents in your country), does not limit your rights against ARISTECH under these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and does not excuse compliance with store policies (UGC, child safety, report/block, account deletion, etc.) — see §13.
18. Applicable law, users outside Brazil, and forum
18.1. Company reference law. These Terms are drafted by ARISTECH TECNOLOGIA ME (Brazil) and, as a general rule, interpreted under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Civil Code, the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law no. 12.965/2014), LGPD (Law no. 13.709/2018), and CDC (Law no. 8.078/1990) when applicable to users in Brazil.
18.2. Users outside Brazil. If you reside outside Brazil, mandatory laws of consumer protection and privacy of your country of residence also apply to the extent those laws require — you do not waive them by using Vullto. Where local law requires specific forum or mechanism, we respect what is mandatory.
18.3. Forum — consumer in Brazil. If you are a consumer domiciled in Brazil, forum is that of your domicile (CDC).
18.4. Forum — consumer outside Brazil. If you are a consumer outside Brazil, you retain the right to bring action in courts of your country of residence when local law so requires mandatorily.
18.5. Forum — non-consumer relationship. If the relationship is clearly business (B2B), and local law permits, forum of the district of Suzano/SP, Brazil is elected, subject to absolute jurisdiction rules.
18.6. No mandatory arbitration. We do not require mandatory arbitration nor waiver of class action where law prohibits it.
19. Contact, authorities, and single point
19.1. Users, data subjects, content reports, IP, and privacy: [email protected] (single point of contact for users and, when applicable, authorities).
19.2. Controller: ARISTECH TECNOLOGIA ME, CNPJ 37.156.939/0001-50, registered office in Suzano/SP, Brazil.
19.3. Authorities. Data protection, consumer, or other authorities may contact us on the same channel. We respond to the extent applicable law requires.
19.4. EEA/UK. If law requires a representative in the EU or UK (for example, GDPR art. 27), we will indicate name and contact in these Terms and the Policy when designated — until then, use [email protected].
20. Cookies and usage measurement (web)
20.1. On the web version of the Service (vullto.app), we use storage strictly necessary for session and authentication (for example, secure session cookie). Without it, login does not work. Those cookies do not depend on separate consent.
20.2. We may also use cookies and measurement technologies to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. We do not use this for third-party advertising, remarketing, advertising profile, or data sale.
20.3. The measurement tool we use, when active, is Google Analytics (Google LLC). Google acts as processor for analytics — it processes measurement data on our behalf — not as controller of your Vullto registration. Google policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
20.4. What measurement may record, when you accept: pages visited and navigation paths; approximate time of access; browser type, operating system, and device; referrer (link origin); approximate country or region; technical identifiers generated by Google (for example, cookies _ga / _ga_*). We do not send Google, via analytics, your password, Coin balance, Virtual Share positions, or private wallet content.
20.5. Purpose: measure site use (visits, screens, flow), improve the product, and fix technical issues. Legal basis: consent (LGPD, art. 7, I). Acceptance at registration covers game and Account; measurement cookies require separate consent in the web banner.
20.6. Measurement cookies are not essential. We only load Google Analytics after you accept in the cookie banner — including if you do not yet have an Account. Refusing is as easy as accepting. If you refuse, the site still works; we simply do not send measurement to Google.
20.7. Your choice is recorded on the device (browser local storage). To revoke, refuse again after clearing site data in the browser (the banner reappears) or write to [email protected].
20.8. Measurement data may be processed outside Brazil (for example, in the United States), per Google infrastructure. We adopt proportional contractual and technical safeguards when applicable.
20.9. Retention: we follow Google Analytics configuration and Google policies for measurement data. We do not use analytics for automated decision with legal effect on you (LGPD, art. 20).
20.10. The team’s internal administration panel does not use that measurement.
20.11. Complementary details on LGPD rights, processors, and essential cookies are in the Privacy Policy. If we disable or change the measurement tool, we will update these Terms and/or the Policy before or together with the change.
